Indicative only, excluding site visits, approval fees, consultant designs and GST. Your detailed quotation confirms the final fee.
Rates are per sq ft of total built-up area, with lower rates on larger areas (see the calculator). Minimum fee for design projects: ₹50,000.
Site visits, authority and approval fees, structural and MEP design by consultants, soil testing, printing, travel and GST are quoted separately in your detailed quotation.

Where We Deliver
Do you prepare drawings for authority approval?
Yes. We prepare approval drawings to your local authority’s building byelaws, based on your plot documents and setbacks. Most authorities require plans to be signed by a registered architect or licensed engineer at submission; we coordinate with yours, or you can tell us your requirement when you request a quote.
What is the difference between approval drawings and working drawings?
Approval drawings show the authority that your house meets the byelaws: plans, elevations, sections, site plan and area statement. Working drawings are what your contractor builds from: fully dimensioned plans, door and window schedules, electrical and plumbing layouts, and details. Our residential drawing fee includes both.
